Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 May 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using 3D Print Pricing Calculator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What the Service is
The Service is a calculator that helps 3D-printing sellers estimate the true cost and a suggested selling price for their prints, accounting for material, electricity, machine wear, failure buffer, labor, packaging, design fees, and a profit margin. It also lets you save pricing presets and a history of past calculations.
What the Service is not
The Service produces estimates only. Numbers you see — including the "Suggested Selling Price" and any insights — are based on the inputs you provide and a generic formula. They are not financial, tax, accounting, or business advice. You are responsible for the prices you charge your customers and for verifying that the calculations match your real costs.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before signing in.
- Don't share your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don't use the Service for an organization with multiple users unless we explicitly allow it.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). Deletion removes your data within 30 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code we haven't published.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or violate any law.
- Attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication.
- Use the Service to disrupt or attack our infrastructure or third-party providers (Neon, Vercel, Brevo).
- Resell, sublicense, or operate a competing service using our codebase without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Fees
The Service is currently free to use. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will notify you in advance and you will be able to keep using your existing data on the free tier (subject to free-tier limits).
Availability
We try to keep the Service running but don't guarantee uptime or data durability. We rely on third-party providers (Vercel, Neon, Brevo) whose outages can affect availability. Back up anything critical to your business outside the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service's source code is open and hosted publicly; check the repository's LICENSE for terms. You retain all rights to the data you enter (product names, costs, calculations).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost sales, or pricing decisions you made based on the calculator's output.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila unless required otherwise by local law.
